Attack Of The Drones!
The Washington Gazette can report that Ayton residents worry the humming of small drones flying overhead will never end!
Residents say that since late March, they have suffered from the sound of low-flying drones, which are making continuous loops above their homes throughout the day and night. And government officials will not say who is flying the planes or why.
The current events have affected the way residents live their everyday lives. Including Pauline Thrip, 34DD, of Dunlin Drive, Ayton who said, "It's getting out of hand!"
"I can't imagine why they'd want to hover around my house all day? I can't even do my Rosemary Conley DVD without being disturbed by them pests congregating outside my windows"
“It was at exact six-minute intervals these drones would loop right around and hover near your window, and to make things worse no one knows why!,” said Michael Gundersen, 29, of Kestrel Close, Ayton. “But when it’s doing a turn, it would get louder, so you would wait for that to pass before you try to do anything where you need any privacy.”
The Washington Gazette approached the Government for a comment on the situation however they refused to respond.
