Washington Wood Home To Dark Arts
The Washington Gazette has been informed that Devils Wood situated between Oxclose, Lambton and Ayton has become host to a coven of local Witches.
The four Wiccan witches had soon amassed a curious crowd thanks to the plumes of thick red smoke emerging from their cauldron. Accompanied by the putrid smell of whatever potion they were brewing.
The Washington Gazette approached the crowd for further details, "When I could smell manky feet and my Lass still had her shoes on, I had to come investigate! That's when I started to follow the smoke trail and ended up here. Mad isn't it? Takes all sorts I suppose" commented Will Tikal, 27.
During a break in the proceedings, the Washington Gazette approached the group of Wiccan witches for some information on what their purpose was in the wood. They declined to give a comment and quickly returned to their cauldron.
